This is my 4th purchase of a Nissan and once again the service was brilliant. Sam kept me updated throughout the process and made life easy when it came to delivery time which was more challenging in these peculiar times. Love my car and will definitely be back for number 5 in due course.

Took my car here for its first MOT and an oil service today, but I don’t think I’ll be back for a second visit. Firstly, very few staff were wearing face masks/coverings - this is not exactly reassuring for customers during the current situation with coronavirus. I brought my car in at 8am, but they didn’t start working on it until after I called to check on the status - around 3pm. They finally finished working on it by 5.30pm. I mean, what is the point of bringing my car in at 8am if they’re not going to work on it until late afternoon? I might as well have booked it in as a while-you-wait customer, because then they would actually prioritised it and got things done quicker. My dashcam was unplugged when I picked up my car. I can appreciate that perhaps they wouldn’t want dashcam surveillance while the car is in the workshop, but at least have the courtesy to plug it back in once they’re done? There was a deep 1cm scratch on the glovebox door when I picked my car up. This was not there when I brought my car in, so the damage must have been done while the car was in the garage. And lastly, when I got home I asked my husband to check over the car for me just to make sure everything looks ok. He checked the oil level and said it was overfilled and beyond the MAX line on the dipstick. Not exactly the level of service you would expect from a main dealer, is it? *EDIT: 19/08/20 update* - I have since spoken to the Service Manager (Sam) about this and took my car back for the excess oil to be drained. In addition to this they also replaced the glovebox door while I waited. Thank you Sam for the rectifying this so quickly and in such a courteous & professional manner Star rating now increased from 1* to 3*. Sadly still not 5* though, reason being that these issues should not have happened in the first place (especially for a main dealer service) and it was inconvenient having to bring my car back and wait a further 45 mins for the issues to be rectified.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! From the moment I walked onto the forecourt I was greeted by the very lovely Guy who listened to everything I had to say, showed me their Qashqai's. I fell in love with one and Guy did everything to get me the best deal, it was easy, stress free, friendly and never felt like I was any trouble. There was no pressure selling and in less than a week I got to drive my amazing beautiful car away! Ill be using them for everything in the future a massive thank you to Guy and the team absolutely amazing!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The only piece of feedback I'd give is prepare beforehand for a customer's new car handover. It's a special time and you don't want to site around whilst pages of contracts are printed & handover packs & spare keys are found!
