We purchased replacement denby crockery from this company. It was delivered quickly and safely well wrapped with all recyclable papers. The price was competitive too and we are very happy with our purchase. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others

Very unhappy with our Sofa, we spent over 1,200 for a corner sofa and within 10 weeks we had reported that the arm had detached itself from the main structure of the sofa. This started as a squeak shortly after receiving it (when i searched this, i saw that squeaks can happen with new sofas as it "settles") which started to get worse until we noticed it had come away. We had someone come out to inspect the issue, which following their report has been proven as a manufacturing fault. We asked for a replacement but we were told it wouldn't be replaced and instead would have to be repaired, something which the engineer showed us would involve taking most of the struts/ wood out to get to the issue. This means that we will be left with a "new" sofa that has been butchered, involving pulling the fabric back and unpinning other sections to fix an issue that wasn't our fault. We have also been unable to sit on the main section of the sofa for over 2 weeks as this could damage it more and we still need someone to come out to fix the issue, which we don't know a time on this either. We even had the extended warranty which we asked for a replacement to be done with this, however apparently the extended warranty doesn't cover manufacturer faults, so this seems to be a waste of money too. Would recommend looking elsewhere for better replacement policies, as they only do this within 30 days, which we know isn't enough time for problems to show themselves. We have called up multiple times trying to speak to head office but we keep getting passed around instead, so we are unable to take this any higher.

They've got some really nice items, furniture, decorative bits, but the prices... It's just too expensive for me unfortunately. It's worth going for inspiration, but a lot of things just aren't worth the hefty price tag. You can get very similar items, of a similar quality even, in cheaper stores (e.g. Dunelm) or second-hand. There's clearly a market for it though, so fair enough if you've got money to waste!
