What can I say.... my piano has been tuned by many guys ... but Francesco did the best and efficient job of all of them.... The top octaves are just perfect... All done by ears... don't waste time to find another one he's ..... PERFECT !!!

Everything is just perfect! I hired a piano from Markson almost six months ago. It was a beautiful Yamaha, and I fell in love with it the moment it settled in my flat. The service has been wonderful as well. The delivery was prompt and seamless. When I asked for someone to tune it after delivery because the pedals were squeaky, they sent me a very fine technician - for free, as part of the first-time tuning - who also has a degree in music. She was very knowledgeable, and we even had a discussion about improvising! I play it almost everyday since I hired it. I have been recommending this place to everyone who's looking to hire a piano!

It was a pleasure to meet Francesco. He turned up at our recording studio. I would definitely use Francesco’s services again. Excellent value. Thanks Francesco.

Keith came to tune my piano within a week of my phone call to book. He was prompt and did a thoroughly good job. He obviously has great knowledge of the mechanics of pianos and it was fascinating to watch him dismantling, testing, adjusting and tuning the piano (before reassembling it!). I learnt a lot about the process of piano tuning and even more about the instrument itself. He's quite a character. I look forward to seeing Keith next time round.
