A treatment at the haven is exactly that- a treat! Having been a customer there for a good few years, I’ve tried a fair few treatments and can’t fault any of them. All the staff are lovely and make you feel so welcomed and relaxed. The treatment rooms are warm, comfortable and so relaxing! I especially recommend the dermaplaning treatment, hot stone massage and the environ facial! Thanks to Ailie, my skin looks it’s best!
just now I was so looking forward to my massage, received as a Christmas gift. I had to keep telling the woman giving me the massage she was hurting me with her fake nails. I was embarrassed to do this and it was so awkward. When I told her, she just said sorry then kept doing it. What a disappointment. I lied and said it was wonderful to the relative who gave me the voucher. I would never recommend this place, and it says something about management that this could happen. Where is the common sense? Edit: Not sure how to reply to the owner, but I definitely visited this exact location - I took the train up from Glasgow. My last name isn't visible on this review so I am not sure what you mean by implying I have never been there, and it was not this Christmas but the earlier one. I just kept thinking about this and wanted to leave a review despite the elapsed time. I don't want to contact you and do not want anything, just to share my experience.
Absolutely incredible full body massage! Came for my Mums birthday treat and she came out a new woman! My masseuse was an absolute dream, so professional and found knots I never even knew I had! The owner/ staff are also really lovely, warm and welcoming. We'll be back!
