Didn’t catch the name of the bloke that came out to sort my car today but he got to me within an hour, got the car running, advised me on the best place to get a new battery and was a very funny guy to top it off, wicked bloke. Thanks guys.

I am a community nurse trying to get round to see poorly patients today. In my rush to get to a pt I took the most direct rout which took me onto a road that quickly turn out not to be a road. With no way back or forward I called green flag who sent out Richford motors. I was very upset and they were quick to get to me, Rhys was calming and reassuring and a colleague Ben arrived to help get my car safely. They kept in contact with me getting to me and when they arrived they took their time getting my car back up without damaging it on the uneven path. I can’t thank Rhys and Ben enough.

I needed my car moved Asap. It was stuck on the drive and new people were due to move in on that day. Battery flat, brakes and steering locked. Two other recovery companies had been out the day before and couldn't do it. Andy arrived and knew exactly what to do. He was quick, efficient and totally professional.

Left me stranded in Leicester for over 5 hours and thought I would take comfort from a string of text messages telling me they needed to update my ETA. What a joke! After numerous years with Green Flag, this is only the second time I called them for help, and clearly them contacting you was no help at all. Having no breakdown cover is better than having a Green Flag policy who seem to think it is acceptable to use a company that seems to have no trucks or drivers available!
