Absolutely pathetic service when it comes to refund. Gave them various chances and about 3-4 months to sort out the refund but still not received the full amount back. They make false promises, can not keep up with the dates they agree and have no clue about the laws that govern the sector they are operating in. They will take your money and then will leave you to do all the leg work even then they do not take responsibility at all. I already have court judgment ruled against them and I will see to it they understand that you can not mess people about and take their hard earn money with out any consequences. It's a shame the part ppl like these are playing in giving Muslims the reputation of not trust worthy and liars while running a business based on Islamic pilgrimage. You will be better off to go with someone else then these guys.

Excellent service The hotels provided in Makkah and madinah where decent and close to both holy mosques would definitely recommend Al haram travel .thanks to Faryal would finding us a great deal on our hotels and flights and also we booked quite last minute and got out visas in time aswell

Done the deal booked with them. They changed the deal last minute. Promised me a refund. Been ignoring me for weeks since then. Avoid like the plague. Don’t waste your hard earned money avoid these guys. I only left the a 1 star review because it didn’t let me click 0 stars. Will be contacting the police with an allegation of fraud

**Thanks NADIA for your professional services** I am recommending Nadia at Alharam Travels because she is so professional and she always fulfil her commitment. I travelled last Feb (2019) With Hammad but the experience Was average but the way she deals with my queries professionally now i am again going with them. She is really very helpful and **price competent** i took quotes from different companies for this Nov 2020 for same services But Alharam was best.
