After a house fire we had to vacate our property and did not know when we could return. We encountered substantial difficulties with the loss adjuster assigned to our case; we felt exploited and unrepresented in an extremely difficult, stressful and bewildering situation. We were very lucky to be directed to All Property Claims and are glad to have had them on our side. They explained the entire insurance claim process for restoration and with a lot of experience they were able to act as our mediators with the insurance company and the loss adjuster. From the outset, they made it clear that, as a company, they must make money from handling claims. However, the benefit of recruiting them far-outweighs the option of going alone. They are able to negotiate a reasonable, mutually acceptable arrangement between the claimant (us, here) and the insurer, ensuring that the claimant benefits as much as possible. Their profit is derived as a proportion of the benefit to the claimant, so their company is dependent upon them maximising the benefit to the claimant. It is clear they are well-established and have deep knowledge of the insurance, claims and restoration industry on all levels. They are trustworthy and transparent. I would say that I hope anyone reading this never has to need their help because, in that case, you’ve suffered a horrible incident. However if you are in this situation, choose this company; they are safe, caring and professional.
An absolutely wonderful, smooth and great experience with All Property Claims (APC) right from start to end . I came across APC when trying to find contractors to fix damage caused by a water leak in my flat. APC were very professional and helpful in every-way. Available 24/7, they were quick to come over (next day) to do a complete excellent survey of the extent of the damage which was not even visible to the bare eye, followed by dealings with the insurers on my behalf, then carry out the drying and repairs. I was kept well informed with regular updates of the progress of my case by the Claims Manager and all queries answered to my satisfaction and understanding. Be it the builders, Drying contractor, the Contracts Liaison Manager , Claims manager or Surveyor an outstanding job done by everyone to my complete satisfaction. Oh, and I must add - Brilliant Free Service (Terms and conditions applicable). Very pleased with everything. ! Highly recommend All Property Claims to anyone who needs repairs to their property. A big Thank you to the entire team of APC for the wonderful work. I would have not managed all this without them.
