I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone again because there bags and suitcases are not good and I believe they're all fake and Fire hazard. I bought some suitcases there last month and the wheels fell off on the day we going to the airport. It cause some much problems for we and when we took back there to swap or exchange they refused and say the wheels are not covered on the warranty kmt anyway police were called and the finally replaced the suitcase... And the suitcase the gave us is still not good.. So we decided to go to a proper shop that's offers good customer service and assurance... I made video about this incident. Worst place to purchase a bag or suitcase to go on holiday... Terrible experience wouldn't wish anyone too endure that sort of behaviour from shop keepers.
