We had a gas fire removed and a log burner fitted. They turn up on time and did the work professionally and where very friendly. They offered advice on how to manage a fire and even offered to come back and give a more hands on tutorial if we needed it. We thought we might have had a problem but they came out and had a look at it on short notice just before Christmas and put our minds at rest. They didn't make us feel foolish in the process and gave us confidence that there was nothing wrong. I would recommend them.

The team at All Time Grates have transformed our lounge. Removing a dated open fire and replacing it with a false chimney breast, slate hearth and Charnwood Island 1. The fire place has now become a real focal point for the room. The Sales team were knowledgeable and patient, helping us to choose the perfect stove. The installation team were polite, courteous tidy and professional. Happy to recommend.

Had a Stovax Stockton 5 wide log burner fitted. No problems with installation except for a slight problem with the plaster after a day. Many thanks to the plasterer Pat who was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he came over a couple of hours after we phoned and fixed the problem. Brilliant service and a really nice guy. Many thanks to Pat and the rest of the team. Although the showroom was closed due to COVID 19 communication was excellent via email (Tracey). Excellent and professional workmanship throughout. Accommodating and flexible - kept us in the picture the whole time (original chimney had bits of concrete in it!). The Woodburner (Charnwood C4) looks spectacular and is a valuable addition to the look of the room - thank you!
