I tried using the company suggested online by freesat and could never get through to them. I tried Alpha electronics and heard back from Matt right away and he had fixed the problem i had been trying to resolve for 2 months within an hour. Really friendly, really professional, and well priced - I will definitely use again when I need a new satellite dish. I would highly recommend to anyone.
