The glazier arrived on time, properly attired in a professional overalls, and I was given an on the spot explanation of what will be done and how long it would take. There were no surprises, no hidden costs, a total clear up and a tidy up at the finish. The end result was perfect as it was a tricky job in precision. On top of it all, I was delighted to have met not only a complete professional who knew his job, but also to have a stimulating conversation on subjects of artistic interest.
