I have had a contract with Air Copier Systems for over 2 years now and have found them to be exemplary in their business dealings with me and would not hesitate to recommend them. From the directors through the back office staff to the engineers who maintain my copiers they are polite, helpful and professional. Over 4 years now and no change. Still receiving great service. And no they didn’t ask me to review. After dealing with other copier companies this is a breath of fresh air. I think there is a pun in there somewhere.

Excellent service from Roger and the team at Air Copier. So good that we bought another copier from them. Our Xerox is almost two year's old and we've had no breakdowns so far, consumables arrive on time and we've had regular preventative maintenance from the support team. It's great to have a printer that has no offline time or niggles. Keep up the good work :)

We have a service contract with Air Copier Systems Ltd when I called in to get technical assistant on the photocopier my company bought from them, the Managing Director Mr. Roger Puddick was extremely rude on the phone. When I made reference to his attitude he simply told me to F**k off and go somewhere else. Shameful behavior from the head of the company. Will now be cancelling the service contract with this company. Extremely poor after sales service from Air Copier Systems Ltd.
