I'm not usually one to post reviews, but after receiving such great customer service from Alton Cars, Ashbourne I wanted to share my experience. From the start, Martin Purvis and the team were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. They provided an estimate for the required works on inspection of the car even without an appointment. Booking in was really easy, although there was a 3 week wait, it's to be expected when a company provides such a good level of service! The work itself was carried out to the expected timescales, with Martin keeping us informed throughout, really appreciated the progress photos. The car now looks as good as new! All in all, a very positive experience! Thank you Alton Cars.

Fantastic service from Martin Purvis at Alton Cars, who went above and beyond to help us with a free temporary fix to a damaged rear light and body panel to make us roadworthy following a prang, when on holiday in the Ashbourne area. This, despite knowing that we will likely have to have the final repairs carried out in the London area. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to help us. We are extremely grateful to him and would highly recommend Alton cars to anyone in need in the area!
