Fantastic pirate ship
It was really scary I couldn't breathe, I guess I'm just not that type of person. Stan BTS
Great loved it! For balance of the ride you may get split from your Group but its still a great ride. Kids can ride too. Surprisingly it's actually quite high! There's a shelf for bags and hats etc on the other side of the ride. There's disabled entrance and fast pass entrance too. Disabled people must be able to sit on the bench and hold onto the safety bar.
Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences of this place with us! I like looking at the pictures and the castle is gorgeous, I myself have visited the park twice, once in 1986 and 1996 but haven't been since! I don't drive and find it awkward to find! xx
Seeing as the park is lacking flats, this one is not bad at all. It's quite a unique theme for a pirate ship and is one of the last remnants of the 90's and early 2000's style of Forbidden Valley. With Ripsaw being removed and Blade only just making it past the 2015 closed season, I really hope that it lasts for at least as long as it takes for the park to sort out its lack of flat rides.
Another attraction at the park which usually has a very short wait time to ride. Considering it is just the old school swinging ship, this ride still gives me a real thrill - definitely if you sit on the back rows!
sweet baby jesus do not eat before this ride. It feels a little less safe than the other rides because there is just a bar in front of you, but it is safe. It is a little more comfortable in the middle than at either end.
