So after telling my wife I needed some support with a tow bar, she mentioned that on the local wire (Facebook), other families were posting that in these situations you should speak to ‘The Towbar Man’. And my bike mechanic also endorsed him. Sent an SOS email this morning and had a call back on a Sunday from Mark. It’s not often you get awesome customer service, let alone a Sunday. FaceTime call ensued, problem solved. Like speaking to the Jedi of the Towbar world! Brilliant. Save it, Favourite it. Anything Towbar related, here’s your man. Thank you

Fantastic service. Had a tow bar and bike rack fitted to the car. Fitters turned up on time, sorted everything on the car and were done in a couple of hours. Then showed me how everything worked. Cannot recommend them highly enough if you need a towbar or bike rack or both - just used everything for the first time to go away at half term and it all worked perfectly!
Fitted a Towbar and supplied a bike carrier for me, great, friendly customer service followed by excellent and expert installation, very impressed and highly recommend them.
