6th March 2020-supposed work done and received emailed guarantee to confirm the work done which is now leaking. This was the email from CSeddon: Received full payment of 3000 for work carried out at 7 Webster st Mosley Ashton-under-Lyne with thanks cseddon On 5th March 2020 I was emailed this: This is to state that 7 Webster st Mosley is now had a full reroof materials covered felt battens and lead .this roof is now covered for a five year period from today’s date 4/3/2020 cseddon roofing Asked for someone to come take a look at the leaking roof via phone on 27/1/21. Spoke to Chris who asked me to text the address. 24hours later, still no response. I text today at 18:20. Got a phone call from Chris to say that “because I didn’t leave a rating for the job, my guarantee is not valid for the work.” Absolutely appalling! I challenged this and was sworn at several times, spoken over, accused of being lazy for not leaving a review on Rated People, was informed that the Account Manager of Rated People has confirmed this, I was then ridiculed for having a leaking roof that he was responsible for before he put the phone down. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR ANY WORK! Clearly they don’t guarantee their work- even without a review, all work should be guaranteed for piece of mind. I’ve never seen any information that work is only guaranteed by a review being left. I requested this to be emailed to me and he said he wouldn’t. On top of this, his workforce dropped some debris onto a parked A3 Audi during the work which had to be smoothed over.

Chris and his team did a fantastic reroof on my house. Starting in January isn't the greatest time to be on a roof but the lads have really gone above and beyond what I could've asked for in poor weather all at a great price. If I could double the star ratings I certainly would

Fitted new roof and gutters the gutters were terrible he said he had been back and repaired them which was a lie ive had to have them refitted by someone who knows what they are doing
