Had a lot of problems contacting anyone to complete the installation of my alarm. Still not completed all the work. They don't respond to calls. Very disappointing and really not what I expected, especially not from a security company. If I had realised this in advance, I would have gone elsewhere as they are more expensive than most.

The people are slow and useless and no coffee machine and over charge 20 for a key I was waiting 30 mins avoid like the plague un professional No trained staff the worse place in Trafford
My CCTV is brilliant. To get the best vision you need a good connection to the internet. I have known Keyways for years, they are a great company with extensive knowledge and excellent engineers. A great choice for a quality service. Nice people.
