DO NOT use this 'company' we waited 5 hours for them to bring our car to us, unanswered calls/ constantly engaged tone. After 2 hours call was picked up and we were told it would be there between 15 mins to an hour. Then phone went unanswered /engaged for another 2.5 hours to be told it would be with us in 30 mins. While waiting we thought it was a blag company and rang the police to report the car stolen only to be told they knew all about the company and the car would turn up eventually. While waiting another family came to us with the same problem and we ended up taking them to the depot a few minuits away. The guy that brought our car told us all the boss was bothered about was money, understaffed and made a lone old lady wait from 12 at night till 3pm the next day for her car. Unbelievable!!! Calling trading standards tomorrow. really wonderful holiday tainted right at the end!!

I gave this a one star because there is nothing lower. I left my Mercedes E- class convertible expecting it to be returned washed and on time; instead I had to wait for an hour after the agreed time, my car was covered inside and out with mud, even the roof. The wheel arches, wings, bonnet and boot were heavily covered in mud and there was mud in the drivers footwell, door and seat. This is only part of the issues I experienced, I would not recommend any one uses this service.
Terrible service, late meeting us when we departed and couldn't be bothered to apologise or even hurry processing the paperwork. Even worse on pick up, took him 35 minutes partly because the driver didn't follow written instructions and went to the wrong terminal. Definitely will not use again.
Warning This is a company that uses illegal drivers, gives you no proper paper works. My car which was a 2 year old Mercedes E Class was meant be returned valeted, came back with the drivers side completely full of mud, the rear passenger back wing is dented and there are at least 10 scratches. The only numbers you can call are mobile which one is for the drivers that doesn't answer nothing and the other doesn't answer. Other than that all complaints has to be done by email which apparently takes 3 weeks to reply. Please avoid by any means. Pay a little bit more and guarantee your cars safety. Even 1 star is one too many. I would give -5 if I had a choice.
iF THIS IS MANCHESTER MEET AND GREET DO Not USE These people are crooks and scammers, i booked meet and greet and telephoned 15 mins before arrival at 5.00am and was told tough we are not doing it today i had to go to T3 long stay i cannot contact these crooks to get a refund either. DO NOT USE M.Kinder
Had my keys stolen here and got threatened by the staff, avoid unless you want your holiday ruined.
