Been using passenger cars for 2 years now, never had an issue. Called to cancel my taxi as circumstances had changed, and I was told I'm wrong to cancel and that they won't send any more cars to my address. Rude woman on the phone. I have spent thousands with passenger over the years and now I have had my number blacklisted. Utter joke!

We stopped in nearby Mere Court Hotel and Passenger Cars were part of the deal to take us to and from Manchester Airport. The two drivers who picked us up on both trips were courteous and friendly. I must say the pick-up on our return from the airport was particularly easily (thanks to the clear instructions given by the lady on the phone whose name I have since forgotten). Great service - just wish other firms were as professional and friendly as these guys.

I ordered a taxi today outside 27/10/20 B And M Bargains Ltd, 450 Altrincham Road, Manchester, M23 9BL the taxi pickup and show Exempt From Wearing mask casue I get breathe problems he had a bad Attitude problem with me cause it drive off and leave me outside bm I'm not happy with the service
