Absolutely loved the luxury PremiAir experience. Booked in for 5am before a long haul flight on my own and the whole experience was so relaxing and stress-free! The food and service in the lounge were amazing and the staff are so lovely - they even called my airline to help with a boarding pass i couldn't print. Security was fast and easy and the journey across the airfield was great. Even got to board the plane first :) Would 100% book again.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Friendly and efficient staff totally make this place. Great design, lovely food, and a truly effortless experience to what would otherwise be a pain in the main terminal. The car journey to your plane across the airfield is a real highlight too! Worth the expense for sure.

Had a fantastic time at the PremiAir private terminal. I had a cup of coffee and a lovely cooked breakfast and enjoyed stunning views across the runway. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience felt a world away from the usual stress of air travel. I will treat my wife and I to this again when we fly to Dubai for our 4 year anniversary this June

I have just returned from a trip abroad. Before I went I was recommended the PremiAir service at Manchester airport and decided to give it a try. To say the service is superb would be an understatement One has the almost private and exclusive use of a separate terminal lounge area serving drinks/meals as required, private and instant border control and security to coincide with ones departure, a private car to drive you to the plane. On return- met at the plane, driven back to their building for private border control, bags collected and delivered. First class and unparalleled service throughout. Compared to the cost of going away, paying the extra for this service is an absolute no brainier I doubt if I will ever use the main airport terminal again - Congratulations to PremiAir, this is a fantastic service.

Tried Premiair for our trip to New York, what a difference to the airport. From arrival to departing everything was taken care of. It was truly a private experience. The staff all seem to actually enjoy what they do, nothing was a problem the food and drink is excellent. Finally the drive on the airfield to the plane was an experience in it self. Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back.

Nice, but nothing special. A lot of not necessary "posh", when there are many lounges at the airport. The cost are too high for the quality. Its shown as great place but its just the marketing.
