Where do I begin? From the first reluctant phone call because I didn't think anyone could help me , the moment I spoke to Steve my worries and anxieties alleviated instantly, he put me at such ease and reassured me that everything was going to be A-OK and boy did he deliver, he gave me some amazing free advice and advised me on my best course of action and how he and The Trademark Helpline could step in and assist me, I could tell instantly how much Steve wanted to help me which is super reassuring to know the person representing you truly does have your best intentions at the forefront, We got best possible outcome from a extremely stressful situation and couldn't have asked for someone more hardworking & dedicated to helping me than Steve it felt like I was his one and only priority even though I know he is extremely busy, he was so reassuring and spoke to me in plain simple English none of this hard to understand legal/professional jargon that simply confuses average folk like me, he explained everything so well gave second to none advice and his attention to detail is off the scale. I can't rave about Steve and The Trademark Helpline enough they are incredible and will be recommending to everyone.
