This shop is absolutely amazing and Chris is so much kinder than most other managers I’ve met. He helped me get into the hobby, and really cares about his customers. The shop is really nice, with a good display of Warhammer painted to a really nice standard. This is one of my favourite shops in Alty

I go to this store often and I absolutely love it. Chris is amazing and very helpful and I have really grown as a painter thanks to him. He has shown me ways to challenge myself to become a better painter and I can’t thank him enough for being so nice.

This place is great, I went in for a free painting session and painted my own space marine. The store clerk was very helpfull and kind and showed me the ropes. This place is like a local hub really for warhammer fans to just come in and play games with each other and have a fun time. I would reccomend this place.
Chilled out atmosphere, well stocked with painting supplies (the reason I visited) with some interesting stock on single and boxed miniatures. Easy to get to, extremely helpful staff who were not at all pushy and very knowledgable - even offering free tips and advice on how to get the most out of my painting products once they'd found out what I was intending to do with my new gear. All too often I'm put off by Games Workshop customer service practises and it leads me to avoid Warhammer shops when I can. I am pleased to report that the way I was treated in Altrincham this weekend will ensure that I visit this store again. If you like miniatures wargaming or enjoy painting, this store is a pleasant place to drop in and pick up some supplies.
