We ordered 3 sets of bifolds for out renovation. These guys were great. Quality of the doors were top class. We had an issue with chipped glass and they replaced with no problems. Great service great doors happy customer

Absolutely cowboys, lies after lies, 0 warranty and customer assistance . Never again! Period. Update: Lcd pixel Construction ltd, has my email attached, so stop lying! . Yesterday one of your lads hang up on me, after all that bad experience. I can upload the call records, if you wish, but not worth the time ! Even design wrong, check photos, you might enlighten other people what's wrong on that pic( discovered by me lately after completion, while My project was carried by a third party and I wasn't aware of it)

I don't understand all the negativity towards these guys, all through Covid 19 they've given my garden room company fantastic quality doors and windows at very reasonable prices without huge delays in delivery times that other companies currently have. They sent a replacement for a part without question when I once needed it too, very promptly with no argument. I would highly recommend Jack from the sales team also, he's a highly reliable young man that gets me my quotes out promptly and is always available when I have anything to ask of him. Great products, reasonable prices and great service!

We have just received our third order of windows from Alufold, we have always been happy with the quality of the doors and windows, and the price. With our latest order we had a misunderstanding between ourselves and the ordering team, which did lead to a delay, but the people we talked to were so helpful and apologetic, so mistakes do happen, but the way our problem was dealt with means we will order again

We have just completed a complex self-build, and we couldn't have done it without AluFoldDirect. Right from the start we had excellent advice, and we were able to find the best products for the job. In the end we went for a combination of Infinium sliding doors, lift and slide doors, aluminium windows and curtain walling. The products and service were excellent.
