Well the service a few years ago wasn't a fluke or just by chance. Amber did it again! Of course my fridge bottom freezer drawer is thawing rather than freezing on a Sunday morning. Repairmen always leave their stickers on appliances so I crossed my fingers and dialed. Someone actually answered the phone and said he'll be right out. THIS IS SUNDAY. Anthony listened, took it apart, let it recycle. He showed me the problem: half the coils are frosting but he said give it 24 hours. If the coils don't completely work I'll need a new fridge. I asked WHAT MODELS YOU DON'T REPAIR--LG and Samsung. I'll stay away from those models. I love Amber's same day excellent service. It turns out my refrigerator is fine. I wish I could get this type of service for my other appliances.
