Mike from Ambient Spas came to service our hot tub yesterday for its first service. We were daunted by the thought of doing it ourself. Our hot tub was completely emptied and cleaned throughly with all equipment and cleaning solutions supplied by Ambient. The equipment and cleaning is now ours to keep and will be used by Mike on the next service’s. Mike set to work on the hot tub and was so professional in his work we barely knew he was here. We are more than happy and safe in the knowledge it’s been cleaned properly and is ready to use again for another 3months.
Very efficient service, helpful and curtious. Diagnosed problem, parts ordered and fitted no problem. If I have any future problems with my tub, I will definitely be using Mike again. Highly recommended *****.
