I ordered the 3 in 1 Green jacket. With embroidered Ambulance on it. First off I expected it to be as every other 3 in 1 the inner and outer jacket would be put on the same way. However to fix the inner jacket to the outer you needed to put the inner jacket inside out so you had the dirty outside on the inside on you skin or on clean clothes. The embroidered Ambulance was also very wonky. When I brought these problems up I was originally offered a 75% re fund if I sent it back. After several emails the agreed to give me a full refund which I am grateful for. They still wouldn't accept it was wonky and said it was a matter of opinion. Picture will be added.
