Staff were polite and accommodating. Showed genuine interest with my concerns. Explained every bit of detail regarding work required. Unlike some branches, they made the effort to prioritise work rather than give me a list of problems and a total cost to pay. I was able to discuss remedial work with Amersham Audi and their professional manner was akin to their salesmanship. I can say with confidence that I was not left in the dark at any point. Great service overall.

Not good experience. Though I had heard good about them. My Audi ( due for first service from New) was picked up from home and delivered fine in time. But the cleaning of the car was not at all good. My Alloys still have all sorts of marks. Inside cleaning is also very poor. Earlier the service manager had called and said (there is no need to swap the tires (something I had requested _ front to back and vice versa because the front was more depleted than back ones)... The guy who delivered said swapping was done... so two different answers from two different people. They need to get their act together. Not impressed. When you see this you might start thinking can I believe on them, what else they may have missed, is there a standard. Do they value what customer wants. Well this work didn’t so me that at least. I might look for another service station near me for my next time. Amersham Audi lost one customer for ever!

Terrible service! Took my car here after having it 2 months for warranty work, on arrival was told that I will be charged if they can’t find issue, I then got a phone call saying they couldn’t find any of the faults with the vehicle expect one, after me telling them that the faults can not be missed he said he would call me back, he then told me that they would look in to it another time, so I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to book my car in for them to tell me they will look at it another time? Next day I picked the car up and one of my faults was the car would reset all of its setting, get in to the car and it had reset all its setting like I had said but they still say it wouldn’t happen to them! He was meant to call me back on the Monday to arrange fitting of a part they did find faulty it’s now been 7 weeks and still no phone call! They are obviously not interesting in fixing your faults if it’s warranty and your not paying!
