I went to this dental practice with pain and discomfort. I got the impression from the start that I was a nuisance for visiting and then, having established that I needed 2 xrays, the dentist shoved a piece of equipment down my throat without preamble so that I had to grab her hand before I choked. She had 3 goes without any more care and at that point I decided to find another dentist! I'm 58 years old and not a stranger to dental xrays- this dentist had neither technical nor inter-personal skills.

We visited aspire dental care- little Chalfont before Christmas. It was a horrible and unforgettable day. Dr Jaya- owner of the practice, doesn't know the ethics of treating patient and how to greet them before starting the treatment. She treated my whole family members in just 12 minutes, and interestingly she didnt even say BYE to us, she went out of the surgery to get another patient without any delay. I am feeling very sorry for NHS dentistry, what kind of dentist they have for our community. I am planning to report to NHS directly so they will take my case further. I got to know Dr Jaya also have one more surgery in Aylesbury, now i am more concern how they are looting the entire Buckinghamshire county... JUST HORRIBLE. believe me just away from such a looting Aspire dental care and find someone who really love their profession and know the basic ethics of dentistry. GOD BLESS YOU ALL WHO ALREADY TREATED AND BOOKED THEIR APPOINTMENT FROM DR JAYA.

The welcome and professionalism of a Receptionist is vital to the image of any practice. Sarah is always a pleasure to deal with. She is the face of Aspire Little Chalfont for me, and her warmth and kindness is lovely. In addition, her early morning commitment to her team has been so useful to me. I rate the whole practice for my elderly parents but as I talk to Sarah a great deal to liaise for them, she is a major asset!
