Received an unexpected call today from this company. A man calling himself John Naylor. I was asked if I was me. He confirmed and was immediately asked if I had received my doctor's bill. I received it yesterday. His immediate question was had I settled the invoice. In fact, I paid it this morning within 24 hours of it arriving. I was insulted and offended by the call and have told my consultant in writing the same. I think if I got another similar call I might consider changing my consultant.

They immediately hound you during a working day with texts the second your bill isn't paid, even if you have advised them directly of not being in receipt of an invoice. Their Account Management of their client ultimately lets down the real end user, the PATIENT.
