Anyone with one look, whether they be half blind, can see the embroidery in the blue dress is not the same gold and does not match with the bottom half of the dress as it does with the black dress and the photos advertised on their website. I have waited 24 hours and had no reply, when prompting for an update they have informed me "Yes, we have shared the images with the designers and the manufacturing team, and none of us were able to find any difference in the embroidery on the clothes and the image of the outfit on our website. But still we will again get it checked from the concerned team And get back to you in next 24 to 48 hours " I have now sent more images of the dress drawing circles now to further evidence the flaws . And have also mentioned that having provided the evidence and still to question the customers integrity shows the companies service and ethos is not right. Will now wait and see what they come back with. Will keep you all updated with further reviews.

Seriously do not buy from them. I buy lots of clothes most days and very rarely have a problem but they are beyond awful. The anarkali's very cheap looking , nothing like the pictures. I've bought better quality in a car boot sale and charity shop for a few pounds. I had to wait two months for delivery, one anarkali was the wrong colour. I sent polite emails then called several times over four months asking them to swap for the correct colour and was just told "it'll be sent very soon", "we've tried to call you" and other excuses. I was more than fair with them. They are robbers and I will report them to trading standards. Please save yourself the trouble and disappointment. They may be enjoying pocketing the difference but I would have been a repeat cusomer. I will never buy from them again so they've lost thousands.

Very poor service. Item not as advertised and faulty on top of that. Clothes come from India and not from the UK. Took 2 weeks for delivery and two and a half months for refund. The refund was not full. Lost 20 in postage/ their shipment to India. Beware you will not receive the refund unless you chase it. Apart from postage they charge you 10% of the cost when you return. This clearly should not apply for damaged goods. Avoid ordering from them at all costs, if you must order make sure you read the terms & bear in mind it is a retailer based in India giving off the impression it is UK based, honest & reputable which they clearly are far from! People who have had similar experience kindly report to trading standards UK so this gets investigated thus protecting future customers
