Once again a disappointing experience at this store. Sadly the Ernest Jones store in Andover has permanently closed otherwise I would have used them as I have in the past. I am led to believe that this store is considered a sister store to the old Andover Ernest Jones it most certainly is not. I asked for a watch battery and repair to my Micheal Kors watch. This was sent away to be sorted out and I paid 29 after a fortnight to find only a new battery had been done which was rather pricey. When asking about the repair I was told I would have to go to an Ernest Jones shop in Basingstoke not very easy for me to get there no apologies for the work not carried out and I was bundled out of the store to allow the next person in under the new corvid19 rules. I will not be using this store again they do not deserve patronage. I only put one star as that is the lowest score you can give shame there is not a minus score.

Really wanted to share how great the customer service was in the Andover Branch. Unfortunately there had been a problem with a purchase. I rang, explained and the rings were replaced within 24 hours. Amazing service and they also communicated about the problem within their team so that when I went into the store I didn't have to re-explain. 5 stars from me!
The staff are knowledgeable friendly and helpful and were very quick to rectify a problem with the watch I purchased without a quibble
