I went in there today and the staff were very helpful i love going in there to buy products.
Off peak time quick service, polite and friendly staff - knowledgeable, nobody at pharmacy counter for some time, prices bit high compared to competitors but will visit again
Terrible \service\ stood at the empty pharmacy counter for 10 mins no service whilst the staff looked at me and carried on chatting about their boyfriends and didn't bother to serve me, I stormed out in the end. Avoid this place terrible service and horrible selfish staff
Went in there to pick up a prescription for my husband on thursday 9th January one member of staff was dealing with a customer and there was the parmasist and 2 other members of staff were talking while myself and a lady in front of me were waiting . So after waiting 10 minute and the other lady was served I was waiting patiently for the parmasist to walk past me and put a sign up to say she would be back at 1.45 so when I mentioned the fact I had been waiting for 10 minute before she went to lunch the member of staff that was still there had a quick look and rudely said havent got any come back tomorrow I think I will go back to boots for are prescription
