Andra Jewels has a great plating service, I have used them for at least over 3 years now. Their customer service is over and beyond to my expectation, as they always made me feel welcome and always keep me in the loop if there is any delays or other issues. I have also had the chance to visit the whole building to understand what other service they offer, and overall it was excellent with Gray's guided tour and even seen some amazing cold enamel colours they do. No minimum charge is great, especially for my students. Keep the good work up the amazing team in Andra Birmingham!

Awful experience. Told me to send the job up to quote on, sat on it for 3 weeks without so much as a courtesy call, then said they were too busy to do the job. Total waste of time, dreadful customer service.
