Awful customer service when we requested help. As a customer that's been with you for over 10 years, we expect more than "It's your equipment, we can't advise you how to use our settings on it" Customer service is key when running a business. No assistance in making your service work results in us not being able to make calls on your platform. Therefore no revenue for yourselves. It's in your interest to help customers when they ask for help! We will adjust our rating when we actually receive some help for you.

Proud to be a customer of the finest ISP in the UK. Not the cheapest but such an expectation would be a nonsense. One of the few that can handle bonding multiple phone lines together for multiplied speed and reliability. Also able to handle completely totally seamless switchover from DSL to 4G if lines go down.

Wow... just, wow! As a web developer we are constantly on the look out for faster internet speeds. And boy have we found it. Speed Test shows our basic A&A connection at a slow 10MBS, but what a difference the perceived speed. Our connection is noticeably faster than our FTC Vodafone or 30MBS BT broadband. Tools and customer access portals are also pretty impressive. My only minor niggle is that everything could do with a UI overhaul, but that is so insignificant to the core job of providing a seemingly faster broadband. And it makes me wonder what games BT/Virgin/Et al are playing at with their speed ratings...
