Pleasant enough during pre sales and installation. After sales - very poor; blaming the customer for what appears to be an installation problem. On this basis I would not recommend them.

Fantastic service. Came and fitted when they said. Fitters was polite and very tidy. Would recommend.
After a very public ram raid on our premises Luke came and gave me a quote to get the smashed shutter replaced. Great product, well fitted, decent price and all in great time considering the odd size of our opening (oooh matron) Highly recommend and aftercare has been excellent also
BUYERS BEWARE\u003e We had a manual 'G;iderol' garage door fitted at the end of last summer 2017. Due to it settling down we have been unable to lock it. It is very slightly out of line. So we asked the company fitters to adjust it, they said only if we pay. It was suggested that it might have been used roughly [its rarely used] They have not checked this. The locking bar is not under warranty, according to them. So we have paid a lot of money for a garage door that only not totally under warranty. But its the fitting not the locking bar that's at fault.
Quick service and fitted a good product at a reasonable price. Took just over a week from ordering to fitting.
