Terrible Customer Service. Had doors installed early this year. The doors were nice but the installation took twice as long as they said it would. Issues locking the front door within 24hrs (which they fixed promptly as they hadn’t been paid at this point). 3 months in and the front door won’t lock again. After 2 days of trying to reach them to remedy the fact that I can’t secure my home (with 2 young kids) I eventually got an email to say they will be in touch to arrange an appointment at some point in the next 2 weeks! I am obviously going to have to pay someone else to fix the issue. This after tons of sales calls to get me to recommend them/buy more product.
