Rude to other boat users, especially competition boat hirers, poorly trained customers, wrong side passing, not slowing down going past moored boats. Their boats do look well presented though and thought I might use them next time, but not after being shouted at for simply coming into the entrance of the viaduct.

Great experience with the canal boat. Friendly staff and enjoyable route across the aqueduct. Really a highlight of our trip was this experience. Highly recommend. Nice pub at the other end of the aqueduct is worth a visit. Can’t wait to do this again!

Take note that you are only allowed to take the boat if you can steer the boat straight. It didn't seem hard to operate the boat but none of us were able to keep the boat straight as we cruised down the canal. So the kind, patient staff took us back to the base and gave us full refund. During the short time, we had a glimpse of how beautiful the cruise would be( beautiful, peaceful countryside and comfortable, well equipped boat) if only we had proven ourselves to be competent enough. Oh well.. if there's next time, we will go in much bigger group so that there's more hope that one of us would be competent :D
