I absolutely love working as a care assistant for Ann’s. I feel completely supported by my manager who is always on the other side of the phone and is always very approachable. I have worked for Anns for just under a year and I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier team to work with and also the clients are lovely and it makes my day seeing them all. I cannot recommend this company enough and to anyone who is considering applying for a job with them, you will not regret it because they are great!

I currently work for anns home care in the belfast area and couldnt ask for a better company to work for. Always someone on the other end of the phone if needed. Absolute Disgrace of a Company in The Dublin Santry Office..Treat their Staff with No Respect and even Worse their Clients . The Supervisors Abuse their Position of Power and Speak Down on Staff Daily , and Use Bullying Tactics with Staff Constantly.. It Seems All they Care about is Getting Money for Clients. Would Highly Not Reccomend this Company as I Do Not Feel the Best Interests Of Clients or Staff are Taken Into Consideration.
