The worst possible service I have ever come across! Went to fix my wedding ring there and the owners didn't even bother taking to me in person but kept sending a person from the staff to talk to me and answer my questions on behalf of them. That happened at least 5 times during my visit in the shop which I though it was very poor. I got quoted 25 for the job that needs done and was not allowed to pay immidiately but on collection which I thought that it was fine. When I got a call that my ring was ready and went to collect it, the price suddenly changed to 45 which ended up into an argument. Mind you, no price was written on the customers note, so always be aware with that! After a heated argument, the member of staff agreed to charge me the quoted price and leave it be. When I saw the ring afterwords I was nearly in tears. The colour of it has got changed as it has been burnt all over, it was not soldered all over but just on few places and over all extremely bent. I could have done better job myself if I had a soldering iron at home. Please, please, save your money and time and go somewhere else where it's worth giving your jewellery to be fixed! I will never go back to that place and will never recommend it, which is a shame, considering how much I like supporting local businesses.

The pendulum of my antique Vienna Wall Clock had become disconnected and I needed an urgent repair. I rang the shop and they asked me to bring it in for an assessment. I took the clock in at 1.30pm and received a call at 3.30pm to say that the clock had been repaired and if I collected it that afternoon, there would be no charge. Quite amazing customer service!! I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, and the advice Mark gave in transporting the clock back home. It is now back on the wall, and ticking contentedly. Just brilliant!! Thank you!!
