Grimy, urine in elevators, rubbish in hallways. Incredible amounts of rubbish dumped outside

Booked this presuming it was handy for Luton airport,as I made payment I sent a message explaining I would be arriving with kids on a late flight ....a month in advance ...took the money...check in before 20pm? Refused to refund . Contact barely spoke English was rude and after reading reviews I’m glad I didn’t stay . Terrible service !!! Would prefer to pay extra and get a decent place . Don’t be tempted to deal with these people!!!
