Follow up review: very good communication and got issue sorted promptly and I was refunded. Delivery was very quick-thank you! Free delivery doesn't apply to Northern Ireland when you spend over 30 only been advised after I've ordered! No clear delivery information on website.

Appalling assumption that if item is removed from packet upon receipt then it cannot be returned even if it is unsuitable but unworn. This is a blatant exploitation of people with disabilities, the implied assumption that consumer rights do not apply to them. I would avoid this company at all costs.
