Very happy with the new gym refit well spaced out and nice to see the return of the punch bag just need to buy your own gloves one hour suits me I csn get through all I need in thst time and I dont over exsert myself glad I returned after giving another local gym in Romsey a try I am happier with this one lots of love Alison Bown .
