Please do not Buy from this Company . Bought a Rangemaster from this company . Item came damaged all over ,top rack from completely different unit does not fit. Customer services unhelpfully , would not even listen . Save yourself time and money buy somewhere else .

Cannot rate highly enough. Staff were helpful by telephone, chasing up an expected delivery time from the driver and calling me back. Website easy to navigate. Product as described and delivered next day as promised. They even kindly took my old appliance away. Will be using again

I have bought from Appliances Direct a few times and when issues occur their customer service staff get things sorted asap. Their choice of courier/distribution company let them down in my last purchase - giving my next day delivery parcels to a sub-contracted courier who never showed up. Leaving a family with children without heat. If they want 5 star reviews, they must sort out their couriers and not just think that \all will be well\ once the item/s have left their warehouse. If a customer pays for express delivery - they should get it and not by a cheap, second rate, dell-boy courier service.

The most annoying part of my experience was to find out that a phone call made by me to order the 1000 appliance coated me 10 because of premium number, at this time in age. Also, the good came in damaged and the drivers were really on a rush to get away, so they wouldn't wait for me to fully inspect.
