After my electric oven blew all my electrics on the Wednesday night, I rang on the Thursday morning and was met immediately with excellence and exceptional customer service. I was advised of a price for the fitting of my gas cooker and was given an appointment for Friday morning. When the fitter came out, he explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and whilst he was carrying out his work, chatted with me while maintaining an extremely professional manner. After the work was complete, I was shown the safety test they do and was provided with a safety certificate. A* service. Will use again if needed.
