Friendly and helpful, went above and beyond with our boiler problem. Good price and efficient and new boiler installed without any fuss or mess. Decided to use aqua shield as recommended by one of my friends who have used them to do a repair on her boiler. Have put new boiler on a service plan with these so I don’t have fault in the future. All office staff very good and friendly installers who are very knowledgeable did an excellent job, very neat and tidy.. Will recommend to all of our friends.Thanks aqua shield for a great job.

I'm fairly new to the area and originally from Leeds. I can tell you that the service I received today fixing my boiler was 1st rate. I had a fixed rate boiler repair for 89 which included a small amount to cover parts and I'm pleased to say that all was completed in one visit. My boiler isn't the best in the world so I was expecting it to need a few more parts than it did but a sensor was replaced and now running great. So all fixed for 89. Well happy. Will be in touch when I decide it needs replacing. I'm hoping to get another year out of it.

All I can say is what a fantastic service we have received from Aqua Shield over the Christmas period. Sadly our boiler broke on Boxing Day, we knew it was in need of replacement and was hoping it would get us into the new year. We called up on Boxing Day and and the surveyor came on Sunday which we thought was super service. Many of our radiators where old and not in the best condition so we asked if a few of them could be replaced at the same time. This was no problem and the whole of the job including the boiler a Vaillant and radiators was completed yesterday. Considering we’re in the middle of Christmas I thought this was outstanding service. The lads worked late to make sure everything was working after there was an airlock in the heating system. All staff where pleasant and hard working. Thanks so much Aqua Shield for getting us sorted over a Christmas. Thank you.

Having recently been left in a position where I have a boiler that suddenly stopped working, I called this company to fix my boiler on which must have been the coldest day of the year so far. I called out of normal hours and my call was taken quickly by a very polite lady who was sympathetic with my situation, I'm so sorry that I can't remember your name arrange and she arranged for an Engineer to call the same evening due to my circumstances, I have to say I was blown away by her help. A plumber arrived within 2 hours who was wearing protective masks and gloves which made me feel safe. The man who came had my boiler repaired and working within 45 minutes. I paid 89 which I felt was very fair considering it was in the evening and on a Saturday. I had called some other companies who couldn't arrive until Monday, My Niece advised me to call Aqua Shield and I'm happy I did. The company called me the next day to check I and my boiler was ok and I am very pleased in all. Thank you again to everyone involved.

READ THE RECENT REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! Have used aqua shield at least 5-7 times over the last few years, they were good 2-3 years ago! However on the last 2 occasions they are clearly not interested in fixing things and rather charging you for parts you dont need! The most recent one, charged 79 to send someone around to check issue with boiler as no hot water was coming through the taps, the engineer said i needed a new condensing unit and a heat exchanger at a cost of 182! Previous to this they charged me almost 200 to fix a leak at another property! The engineer was adamant is wasnt worth fixing the boiler etc etc “ we have some great landlord new boiler deal” lol. Sent another engineer who sorted the issue within an hour simply by tweaking the setting and cleaning out some of the sludge!
