I love this shop. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The 2 dogs I bought from here 2 years ago are the most lovely, beautiful, clever little things.
I feel like the negative reviews are more than unfair... the staff care about every animal that they are selling and really do know their stuff. People complaining about the smell but what do you expect when you have to look after many different breeds of reptiles birds and fish. Every single time I have gone to the store I have been greeted with a happy smiling face and the employees are a real credit to the business. Keep up the good work guys I’m really impressed! Thankyou for all three beardies and the set up. Great price. Great people. Great experience.
I visited this shop at the weekend to buy frozen food for my reptiles - this is a disgusting shop! There was old shed skin in with the snakes, no food in with any of the geckos and not a single leopard gecko had a fat tail not to mention the smell coming from this place. A tiny area had been gated off for puppies they were selling; the mental state of dogs sold through pet shops is always poor not to mention the likelihood that they may have been acquired via a puppy farm. No reputable breeder in their right mind would sell pups to a pet shop! The two girls in there had no interest in the animals they were "looking after" and I will never spend a penny in there. The council should close them down.

Best shop ever all anmails are lovely and tame good prices if you want to buy a animal . Lovely workers
