I’m patiently waiting for a response from this company. I ordered for Madawi online for a Valentine’s gift. They have sent me solid black. Clearly there is a misunderstanding here. My rating might change if I receive a call or reply. I have ordered from them before.

Their UK stores are double the price of their UAE stores due to tax reasons. Don't get me wrong I love this shop. I've probably got 10 of their spray perfumes and many more oils. I would definitely recommend shifting from your traditional Western companies like diesel or boss and trying this.

I am an avid aftershave/fragrance collector and I have really grown to love these types of Arabian oils and perfumes. The scents are very, very long lasting, powerful and have amazing projection. People will definitely notice you wearing the majority of Arabian Oils, I love the woody, Abre and Oud fragrances, definitely worth a visit if you are interested in fragrances!

Very poor shoddy goods. Oil had leaked out of bottle soaking the inside of the box. Though I had paid 250 for this item; trying to get any response or recompense from the shop or management has so far been impossible. Emails not answered, phone calls diverted with no suitable person being available to deal with this problem.

Standard of customer service is noticeably mediocre in this particular branch in Stratford. Having come back from Arabia where the level of customer service is particularly very high, one can not fail to sense the inadequacy of the sale staff. The one I just met now at 1000hrs is disconcerting; the make up is overdone, the body language is dismissive; it is basically saying; “ I don’t want to be here, I don’t want you to be here, why don’t you take your custom elsewhere”. Ahmed Choudhry , you need to remind your staff they are representing Arabia, a culture of excellence in customer service. Pitiful simply.
