I had to have some restoration work done to my villager stove doors and after a google search Arada came up. After contacting them and a few conversations with Mike about the work and cost needed I was very happy. The service and speed of the work was not only exemplary the turn round was within a week. 5 stars does not rate the company enough. Superb. Thanks

Purchased a 12he boiler stove. It's working brilliantly. Hot water, hot radiators and toasty living room. Replaced my dunsley boiler stove with this, and I can safely say that was a great decision. I've been involved with stoves for about 12 years buying and selling and the quality is good, styles are modern but most importantly the efficiency is really good. Recommended.

Bought our boiler stove 9 years ago, it was a big investment for use but well worth it, its fitted in our wide beam boat and heats 180 litre hot water tank and 7 rads without any problem, normally our final light is around August and it will stay in 24hrs a day continuously till March, it’s provides endless hot water and heat, the thermostat is brilliant as you set the knob on the fire and it adjusts itself to maintain a constant temp, you just need to feed it and empty the tray.... We burn all fuels as it can be set for wood or coals and it stays in for over 18 hours on Homefire fuel, as you see it’s well used and we have replaced serviceable parts when needed, some down to our neglect and we were advised buy Arada what caused the failure which now know we monitor and has happened again, some parts are expensive but the use/abuse it gets a lesser product would fail, also the fact you can repair it easily is great, a lot of thought for repair and service has gone into it too. Only thing for us worth mentioning, ours is an early model and the ash piles up behind the plate and holds the thermostat open so you need to regularly clean the dust out. I have installed this not to there recommendations, it’s supposed to be thermo syphon heating, ours is pumped so the danger is it the thermostat or pump fails the boiler with over heat the water, I have taken extra precaution and built in safty and this happened once due to the pump being turn off by accident, there was no damaged caused to any of the system due to the way the fire controls its self and my system. It has worked well and faultlessly for apart from that for 9 years. There part service is second to none, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, if ordered I believe before 2 it’s on your door mat the next day!!! I can’t praise there product or after sales enough, they really set the benchmark high.
