I just want to say the biggest heartfelt thank you to Euan and Christine, not only did you answer my call for advise on a Sunday, you made the whole process of getting foxy my baby girl home to me within 4 hours of us arriving at yours possible. The compassion, empathy and understanding you gave us and foxy was second to none, it’s clear to see that you are both animal lovers. The time that you gave me to say my final goodbye was so much appreciated and something I will forever be grateful to you both for. The care you took when seeing to foxy will forever stay with me, you can tell that it’s all about our beloved pets and that so comes across. The Redford Pet Crematorium run by Ewan and Christine is the place to go if you want your pet to have the most loving farewell, full of dignity and compassion that they desrve. They answered my call no problem on the 1st of January and made the whole process as easy and thoughtful as possible. Many thanks for your outstanding service.
At such a difficult time people like Christine and Euan pave an easier path in the farewell journey of your beloved pet. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone to make arrangements there was compassion and support. The premises is beautifully situated; our beautiful German Shepherd Ralfie loved being out in the countryside so it felt very fitting! Inside it's homely and welcoming. It was necessary to leave him overnight, which would have been a lot harder in a different setting. When it came time to collect everything was presented beautifully and handled with sensitivity and care. I hope they both know how much their actions helped us at this truly heartbreaking time, and how happy it made us that they were the caretakers of our boys final journey. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
