Arc offered us a few networks and packages to suit our needs, and we ended up choosing EE. The service from Arc is excellent. Although we can still call EE everyone in our office much prefers to call our account manager at Arc. The service is friendlier and more efficient and much better than having to call the networks directly, partly due to the continuity of service from a smaller CS team.
